Our Process
Appointment & Intake
Clients schedule an appointment and complete a brief intake form describing the instrument, any issues, and preferences.
This helps establish a clear starting point before the guitar arrives.
Evaluation
Once the instrument is received, it is examined and assessed.
If any questions come up—or if additional work is recommended—the client is contacted before proceeding.
No surprises, no assumptions..
Work & Timeline
Approved work is performed carefully and methodically.
Some repairs may require additional time, especially if parts need to be ordered.
Any timeline changes are communicated clearly.
Completion & Pickup
When the instrument is ready, the client is notified and pickup is scheduled.
The guitar is returned fully set up, tested, and ready to play.
